> Welcome to the People United Rescuing Responsibly Rockaway Beach NY-PURR RBNY! Our volunteer run 501c3 rescue works to aid community cats through TNR, rehabilitate kittens to find them forever homes and aid cat owners in obtaining spay/neuter services to prevent pet surrender.
